Terms of Use:

Bontazi.com/Bontazi.se is operated by Bontazi AB (559346-7748), hereinafter Bontazi.

Bontazi uses Shopify Payments and Klarna for all payments within Sweden. For questions regarding Klarna payments, please contact Klarna customer service at 08-120 120 00. You accept Shopify Payments and Klarna's terms and conditions at checkout when making payment.

Ordering

When your order is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all information about the product/service, price, billing and delivery address. Should something be wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us at Bontazi as soon as possible via email: info@bontazi.com .

Prices

All prices on the website are calculated in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust the price if there are any printing errors.

Delivery

Our normal delivery times are between 2-4 days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the first day after the holiday at the earliest. Should there be delays (without our notice), please contact us at info@bontazi.com . For larger campaigns, it may take longer than planned. Delivery is only made within Sweden via the website. Should you wish for something to be shipped outside of Sweden, please contact us at info@bontazi.com .

In the case of unredeemed packages, we reserve the right to charge the costs for return shipping, shipping costs, etc. The customer will be charged SEK 199 for unredeemed packages to cover our costs. The shipment remains at the collection point for 14 days before being returned. When an order arrives at the collection point, a notification is sent either via SMS or e-mail. If the order is not collected, a reminder is sent by letter. If the order is not collected despite SMS and reminder, the fee for unredeemed packages (SEK 199) is charged. When the package is returned, the price of the products is credited and the fee for unredeemed packages is charged. All orders are sent to the delivery company's service point from where the customer collects the product, except in some cases for Post packages when the postman chooses to deliver them directly to the mailbox. It is the customer's own responsibility to collect the package within the specified time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct telephone number for notification and address have been provided at the time of ordering.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products on the website, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which comes into effect 14 days after receiving the goods.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original condition without damage.
  • If the above point is not met, Bontazi will charge 100% of the cost of the goods.
  • When returning, Bontazi's own shipping labels and shipping documents must always be used. We charge SEK 49 for returns of repurchases.

Complaints

All products have undergone routine checks by Bontazi. Should there still be a fault with the product, we reserve the right to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with consumer legislation.

To do this, you must contact us for approval before returning the item to us. In the event of a defective item, please contact Bontazi directly at info@bontazi.com . Enter your order number, name, address, email and description of the error.

In the event of a fault that cannot be repaired, we will deliver a new product. If no new product is available, we will refund you for the defective product and the shipping cost.

You do not have the right to advertise a book or service that you do not think meets your expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

A refund for a return is made when and if the item has been returned and received in its original condition. Refunds are usually transferred to the customer's account within 5 banking days, and any shipping charges are deducted from the amount of the item. Should there be a decrease in value and a product is not in its original condition, a decrease in value of 100% of the item's value will be deducted.

We take no responsibility for delays/defects in the product due to events beyond Bontazi's control (Force Majeure). This also includes delayed delivery from the supplier.
